Lesquin's Brass Open

After 19 years, the Brass Open Festival is become an artistic and pedagogic pole of European dimension. The main objective of this event is to be in the group of the most well known places dedicated to national and international music event.

Welcoming the best Brass Bands, with a regular audience, new people discovering this magnificent world of music and perpetuating the wave of the previous event.

The Brass Open aims at :

•  To promote exchange and meeting of professional and amateur musicians
•  To promote brass repertoire, by publishing, with specific request of music workand creation for mutiple brass bands
•  To build loyalty and participate in the mixing of the public, indoor and outdoor
•  To give new pedagogical orientations
•  To organize and exchange specific actions in regional and international territories
•  To maintain the links created during hte previous Brass Open
•  To develop the Brass Open on long term vision :

- To create a dynamic link bet ween musicians
- To benefit from European funding
- To open on Central and Western Europe
- To fidelize the audience
- To participate in contest composition
